Returns
As of January 1st, 2014 we will be charging a 20% restocking fee on all returned, undamaged, or unwanted merchandise. We have a standard restocking fee of 20% on all returned items. In addition to the BrickOwl/Paypal fees that are incurred for the transaction. In the past we have shipped products over and over again until our customers found something they liked. We do not ship "trial" products; we choose not to operate this way. There is substantial cost in processing orders and shipping products. There is also cost in returning products: messages must be answered, RMA's issued, products received and restocked, paperwork processed and mailed, etc. Therefore, a restocking fee is required in order to keep our prices at their lowest.
We also DO NOT, under ANY circumstances, do partial refunds. If for ANY reason you wish to return an item, the ENTIRE order/contents will need to be returned, not just what you do not want to keep.

Shipping
We are proud to ship worldwide. We guarantee you fast and professional packing and shipping on every item! We are happy to combine your purchases. All items are shipped within 1-3 business days of receipt of payment. (With the exception of Friday, we do not ship Fridays, sorry we're closed, of course weekends as well). Please email us and we will be happy to provide a shipping quote for you before you order.

The methods available for shipping are listed below: Domestic: USPS Priority Mail, UPS or Fed-Ex Ground, USPS Express. Tracking numbers are included for all items. International: USPS Priority Mail International or USPS Express Mail International for our International Buyers - Please Note: Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up - do not confuse them for additional shipping charges. We do not mark merchandise as "gifts" - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.

Payment
We Appreciate your purchase's & kindly ask you please pay in a timely manner so we may be able to ship the item to you ASAP. Please have payment complete within 5 days. 

We also charge a $1.00 Pick & Pack fee for Domestic Shipments and a $3.00 pick & pack fee for international. It takes significant time to pull, pack, and ship these items. This is in order to keep your cost of the items as low as possible.
